Welcome to my online learning journey
Children have a natural affinity for growth and learning. If you plant the seeds of engagement and give them the proper supports, they will blossom. My goal as an educator is to encourage personal agency, culture creativity, spark curiosity, and help my students become the best versions of themselves that they can be.
This website documents my own learning garden: sowing my seeds of inquiry. My guiding visual metaphor is that of new growth, because I envision myself tending to the tender sprouts of both my own and my students' learning. As quoted above, Aeschylus once said, "From a small seed, a mighty trunk may grow." Here's hoping I can support the growth of a mighty forest.
